If I wipe, the campaign ends. GOAL: Build a mercenary company that can survive long-term under permanent consequences. RUN RULES: Permadeath No save scumming No mission restarts No unsafe mission aborts Commander's death = transfer of power. Mech losses are permanent unless recovered RUN RULES EXPANDED: Permadeath: If a pilot dies in combat, they are permanently removed from the roster. No Reloading: No loading previous saves to fix mistakes. All outcomes are final. No Mission Restart: Failed missions remain failed. No retries. Mission Abort Rule: Abort is only allowed when disengaged and not under active threat. No mid-fight escapes. Mech Loss: Destroyed mechs are considered lost unless recovered through salvage systems. Commander Rule: If the named commander pilot dies, the run ends immediately. No succession. Control Switching: Switching between pilots is allowed, but deaths still apply to the active pilot. Dismount System: If ejecting or dismounting, the mech is considered lost for the mission (only applies if more than one mech in the company). Pilots remain vulnerable as infantry and can still die. Event Tracking: Pilot deaths, mech losses, and major failures are tracked live during the run. The year is 3015. The battlefields are dominated by war machines known as BattleMechs. Level entire cities and decimate the enemy in your BattleMech. Follow a quest for glory and revenge. Manage an expanding mercenary company. Fight alongside your friends with a four-player PvE co-op.
