The whole place gives off the same vibes as Balestier Tower did - creepy toilets and hallways that make it look older than the 90s. If this building had any other owner, it would have sold en-bloc by now. As for the lifts, they are also run-down and rather bumpy especially when leaving the 4th floor. This building is owned by Shaw. So you can think of these lifts as the shorter, more run-down and basic versions of the lifts at Shaw House. However, unlike those, which are getting modernised, these will probably stay for much longer given how empty the building is. Soon this will be the only Shaw property with M-Lines - quite sad considering every 90s Shaw property had them. It seems after Shaw Tower, Shaw has always been loyal to Schindler.
