I Made the Most Flavorful Powder EVER!

I have forgotten how much I love to make powders with my freeze dryer! Today I made a super flavorful "chili powder" (its much different than traditional store chili powder & that's why I love it!) The peppers I used: 5 Anaheim, 4 Poblano, 3 Red bell, 4 Jalapeño, 2 Serano, 1 Fresno. Reduce the spicy peppers for less spice, but this was SO GOOD!
