Ableton Live Beginners Course: Lesson 5 - FM Synthesis

This is actually the sixth lesson of the Sektion Sound Beginners Course I ran in 2024. Unfortunately the fifth lesson that was looking at subtractive synthesis was lost. Luckily this is one of the most covered topics on youtube, so there is plenty of other resources on learning that kind of synthesis. Anything that starts with a Saw or a Square and then uses a filter to take away some of the frequencies is subtractive synthesis. That being said, I apologise for not having that lesson record. This lesson covers the basis of additive synthesis and fm modulation. This was recorded live so I apologise for the audio quality. I hope you find this helpful.
