The video then transitions to a black screen for the remainder of the 45-minute Reiki session. You may receive this Reiki session while meditating, resting, journaling, reflecting on memories, or spending a quiet moment honoring someone you love. If you have an ofrenda (altar), you may choose to spend this time near it or with a meaningful photograph or keepsake. There is no single right way to experience grief or remembrance.
