Full route visual | 78: Keswick - Seatoller | PX60 BFF (15700)

Hi everyone! Here's the third and final open-top visual from the Lake District: the 78 from Keswick to Seatoller, although the bus I caught was technically not open-top. The route runs every 30 minutes during the summer and uses two buses - currently usually TSV 720 (17490) and VLT 217 (19161) - although 17490 looks set to be replaced by AE10 BWG (19574) some time in the next year, and the registration plate would likely swap to the newer bus. As the route is just 28 minutes long each way, the timetable is quite tight and the route often suffers with minor delays thanks to that. It's a really good route, like most other Lake District routes, and probably better than the 599 service but not as scenic as the 508 imo. During the winter, the 78 runs every 60 minutes and uses spare buses from the 599, where the frequency is also reduced from every 20 minutes to every 60 minutes, instead.
