Formerly known as MS Nils Holgersson. This is one out of two almost similar vessels operating as a ferry between Germany and Sweden. There are six independently running elevators on board (and a dumbwaiter) - four public and two crew ones. Crew elevators are locked off at public areas.

Route information: This ship goes as a ferry between either Lübeck-Travemünde (DE) or Rostock (DE) and Trelleborg (SE). About 3-4 times each week, this ship goes Travemünde - Trelleborg or back with an intermediate stop in Rostock. You can go for a short domestic trip between the two German harbours. Some departures or arrivals in the night or the domestic journey are only accessible for passengers with a motorized vehicle.
Public transport in Travemünde: You can reach the terminal by bus (lines 30, 31 and 40) from Lübeck-Travemünde Skandinavienkai railway station.
Public transport in Rostock: Bus lines 45 and 49 connect to Rostock Lütten Klein railway station where you can reach a train to the central station. Lines 19 and 49 connect to Dierkower Kreuz tram stop. Trams 2 and 3 go to and from the central station.
Public transport in Trelleborg: The railway station of Trelleborg is situated just 300 meters east of the ferry terminal. A regional train, called Pågatåg connects to Malmö central station, Kävlinge and Helsingborg. Bus 146 connects Malmö and Trelleborg, bus 190 goes between Ystad and Trelleborg.
