Ciana Ruidas owns her own beauty salon today but started her career in culinary as a graduate from the Maui Culinary Academy with an Associate Degree in both Culinary and Baking and Pastry. Recently she was referred to an allergist who determined she had food sensitivities to many foods she enjoyed. Thus her journey into foods she could eat was inspired.
