Rocky Coaster Mod in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds

Work in progress mod to port Rocky Coaster from Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing into Sonic Racing CrossWorlds. Differently from most track mods this is NOT a reskin, but fully replacing a track (in this case e-Stadium) with Rocky Coaster. There are plenty of issues still, especially related to lighting and some animations for the background objects. Turns out porting things from a decade and a half old game isn't that straight forward. I believe a lot of what I did here can be somewhat generalized to port tracks from both S&SASR as well as Transformed. I hope to post more about it once I'm able to consider Rocky Coaster "done". Also, excuse my bad driving, I happen to suck at the game.
