In 2009, Domino’s admitted its pizza needed fixing. But the recipe was only one part of the turnaround. This documentary follows the less visible story: online ordering, the Pizza Tracker, franchise operations, closer stores, carryout, and the delivery problems an app couldn’t solve. I also share why the technology impressed me as a customer—and why standing out once doesn’t guarantee loyalty. Would a better ordering experience make you choose Domino’s again, or does the pizza decide? Tell me in the comments. Watch next — Walmart Bought Jet for $3.3B.
