Quick Facts & Highlights Location: About 9 km from the Ghatshila Block and railway station. Scenery: Flanked by low green hillocks and dense forests that form part of a local elephant corridor. Activities: Popular for picnics, bird watching during migration periods, and boating (pedal and rowing boats available). Nearby Attractions: Dharagiri Falls and Phuldungri Hills are located in the same direction. Special Event: The annual Binda Mela fair is held near the lake banks for a fortnight every October. Best Time to Visit: Winter months from October to February, or during the monsoon for nearby waterfalls.
