6-Goal Thriller! Chelsea V Stoke City 1974/75.

Lots of goals, goal mouth action and great tackles. No reaction...just the match. Plus Gordon Banks in the crowd. There was nothing like a 3pm Saturday kickoff in the 1970s, and this six-goal classic between Chelsea and Stoke City from the 1974/75 First Division season proves why. From Stoke taking the lead through Jimmy Greenhoff to Ian Hutchinson tearing Stoke's defense apart with his long throw-ins, this match had everything: scrambles in the box, aerial battles, and a dramatic late equaliser. ____________________________________________________ I've always been a fan of 1970s football and that continued into the 80s. Once the 00s kicked in, I started to lose the love of the game. I still watch it on and off but it seems to have lost the passion that fueled it for so long. Remember the Vidi Printer on a Saturday...waiting to see the scores come in? That was epic TV!! So, I've been watching lots of great games from the 70s and 80s and wanted to share them with anyone who's interested in football from that era. _________________ All content here is for entertainment purposes only. 0:00 First half highlights 2:36 Back-and-forth action 4:08 Stoke takes the lead 5:08 Dramatic late equalizer
