I Hiked one of the Last Untouched Valleys in the Himalayas | Miyar Valley Trek

I set out on a 7 day, 60 kilometer trek through one of the most remote and untouched valleys in the Indian Himalayas. The Miyar Valley. Deep in the Lahaul region, I spent 7 days hiking through glacier fed rivers, remote alpine meadows, sacred lakes, boulder fields and landscapes that don't feel like they belong to this world, all the way to the mouth of the Miyar Glacier. No crowds. No phone signal. Just raw, untouched Himalayan wilderness. This is the full cinematic film of my journey. The Miyar Valley Trek is one of India's most underrated high altitude treks, open only between July and September each year.
