Sega Saturn Saturday: Virtua Fighter Kids

This week on Sega Saturn Saturday, we're stepping into the arena with Virtua Fighter Kids, one of the most unique spin-offs in Sega's legendary fighting game series! Instead of the realistic fighters from the original Virtua Fighter 2, everyone has been transformed into adorable super-deformed (SD) characters—but don't let their cute appearance fool you. Underneath the cartoon visuals lies the same solid fighting engine that made Virtua Fighter 2 a classic. Originally released as a fun alternative to its more serious counterpart, Virtua Fighter Kids offers accessible gameplay, colorful stages, and plenty of charm while retaining the depth fans expect from the series. Can these pint-sized fighters still deliver knockout battles? Let's jump into the ring and find out!
