RARE Korean TKE Lifts | Hampton by Hilton, Salmiya, Kuwait

These are some completely awesome and EXTREMELY RARE Korean TKE elevators, located in Holiday in Salmiya. This is my first time riding a Korean TKE branded elevator since the Korean TKs I rode before had the older “thyssenkrupp” logo which is the one that is rebranded in the late 2010s. These elevators, interestingly, use touch landing fixtures which I’ve never seen before till now, while the inside buttons are TKE “TK-77” buttons. The speed of these elevators is most likely 4 m/s because I forgot to measure the speed of these elevators when I visited them. Sadly all floors above are locked with a keycard scanner except for the first floor which has the restaurant for the hotel and the bathrooms. Since these elevators are locked with a keycard scanner, I managed to ride them with someone who works in the hotel and the management of this hotel were very nice at that time. I really appreciate them for allowing me riding the elevators over here. Sadly I returned to this hotel 2 times after I visited these elevators and they did not allow me to measure the speed and retake these elevators as there was different staff members in the reception on both of my revisit time. There is also a service elevator in this hotel which I also filmed and its video will be published in the upcoming videos. Apart from the service elevator, there are also 2 massive Doppler car lifts branded as TKE which will also be featured in the upcoming videos. There is also a pair of 2 Spanish TKE Synergy 200 elevators which serves the basement level only which I sadly did not film because it was not allowed.
