Kabsa/ Arabian Chicken Kabsa Without Oven/ अरेबियन बिरयानी कबसा

Fragrant basmati rice is topped with chicken pieces cooked in a tomato sauce with aromatic spices, and garnished with toasted slivered almonds in this authentic recipe Ingredients: 600 g chicken 400 g long grain basmati rice 2 medium size onion s fine chopped 3 medium size tomato fine chopped 4-5 green chilies(optional) 1+1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 lemon cut into 4 pieces or one dry lemon 1 lemon zest(grated yellow part of lemon) 2 tsp salt or as per taste 1 chicken stock 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt(if required)+1/2 tsp red chili powder 4 green cardamom 4-5 cloves 1/2 tsp black pepper corn 2 inch cinnamon stick 2 pinch saffron(optional) 120 g ghee or oil FOR SPECIAL KABSA MASALA: 5 green cardamom 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp white pepper corn 1 star anise 4-5 cloves 1 mace 1/8 nutmeg 2 inch cinnamon stick 2 ns.
