The album that saved me

The greatest album for my mental health that I use to decompress regularly is Black Country, New Road’s “Ants From Up There”. Isaac Wood announced his mental health struggles right when I had been diagnosed and what he did has encouraged and strengthened me deeply. The impact this album has had on my mental health and my life is indescribable. Thank you BC,NR. Thank you Isaac Wood. #mentalhealth #blackcountrynewroad #adhd
