3 vintage ladies bikes built by Schwinn

#Refurbishedbikes #Vintage #Schwinns #GalaxyS21Ultra5G This afternoon we filmed three old Schwinn step-throughs that were donated to our local Community Bike Kitchen. Two of the bikes are "Chicago Schwinns" and one was "Schwinn Approved"- made in Japan to Schwinn specifications. The made in Chicago Schwinn bikes have electro forged head tubes, a seam on the bottom of the bottom bracket, an integral kickstand mount, pinching in the chainstays and seatstays and headbadges with screws not rivets. The made in Chicago bikes are a light blue 1974 Schwinn Suburban and a dark blue 1982 Schwinn Cruiser. 1982 was the last year Schwinn made bikes in their Chicago factory.
