I LAY IT ALL DOWN | Deep Worship for Surrender, Prayer & God’s Presence

This song was created for moments when words are difficult, when your heart is heavy, when you are seeking direction, or when you simply want to sit quietly in the presence of God and worship Him. May this worship lead you into a deeper place of surrender, repentance, peace and intimacy with Jesus Christ. Whether you are praying in the morning, worshipping at night, fasting, reading your Bible, seeking healing, walking through a difficult season or simply longing to know God more deeply, let this song become your prayer: Jesus, I lay it all down. There are moments when God is not asking us to understand everything. He is asking us to trust Him with everything. The fears. The disappointments. The questions. The dreams. The future. The parts of our lives we have tried to control. The parts of our hearts we have kept hidden. The altar is a place of surrender, and sometimes the greatest act of worship is simply saying: “Jesus, here I am. You can have it all.” Our prayer at The Altar Sound is that this song becomes more than music to you. May it become a place of encounter. May burdens be released. May weary hearts find rest. May faith rise again. May those who feel far from God rediscover His mercy. May those searching for Jesus find Him. And may every heart return to the One who gave everything for us. Scriptures for meditation: Romans 12:1 Matthew 11:28–30 Psalm 51:17 Galatians 2:20 Luke 9:23 John 6:37 Take a quiet moment. Open your heart. Lay down what you have been carrying. And worship.
