Part Three - Building at Egret Tours Marina - Fallout 4, No Mods.

Hello, and welcome to my build series at Egret Tours Marina, which is somewhere I have never used in my previous play-throughs. I figured it's about time we created something here! I am building a structure up on the hillside overlooking the river, so let's see how it progresses. There will be various techniques used to keep it looking realistic, including the rug glitch, the pillar glitch, the wire glitch, and wireless power. Please ask any questions in the comments and I will be happy to answer them.
