The PTI-government negotiations have collapsed but according to Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, the two sides had already agreed on 99 percent of the issues. So what went wrong in the final stage? Ajmal Jami explains in his vlog whether the KPK is closer to Emergency or governor's rule? Naqvi claims only one or two points remained when he took the draft to the President, but that the document was subsequently changed several times. He accused KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi of rejecting the finalized draft and attempting to derail the negotiations. The PTI and KP government, however, have presented a different position. Asad Qaiser said access to Imran Khan was a central unresolved issue, while Salman Akram Raja said PTI wanted counterterrorism operations in KP to be based on an agreement between the federal and provincial governments, with political consultation. Meanwhile, Sohail Afridi has launched the first phase of the PTI long march from Gandi Chowk, Lakki Marwat. The convoy is scheduled to move through KP, with the next major decision expected at Khairabad on October 8. The government has warned that the march will not be allowed to violate court orders or enter Islamabad in a manner that creates disorder. Naqvi has also said the government will not allow a repeat of the May 9 violence. In this latest vlog, Ajmal Jami breaks down: • How the negotiations reportedly reached 99% agreement • What changed in the final draft • Why Mohsin Naqvi is blaming Sohail Afridi • PTI’s version of the deadlock • The dispute over counterterrorism cooperation in KP • The unresolved issue of access to Imran Khan • Sohail Afridi’s long march and its route • What happens next after the collapse of negotiations Was the deal really almost complete and did one final disagreement bring everything down? #sohailafridi #mohsinnaqvi #ptilongmarch #ajmaljami #pti #pakistanpolitics #ptitalks #imrankhan #longmarch #october4 #khyberpakhtunkhwa #kpgovernment #counterterrorism #pakistan #islamabad #politicalcrisis #ajmaljamivlog #breakingnews #latestnews #newsupdate #kpk #peshawar #governorrule #emergency #asifzardari #shehbazsharif
