A ride in memory of Mike Hall — the legendary ultra-endurance cyclist who inspired so many of us to push our own limits. This isn’t a gentle tour or a sightseeing audax. It’s a test of legs, mindset and determination, following in the spirit of the adventures Mike was known for. That's the blurb anyway - for me it was the ride which I felt truly underbiked (some would debate that) in the off-road sections. Afraid not to puncture it would me ages to navigate my way through the off-road sections that seem to go on and on and on forever. Certainly wise they do as I way continually chase the clock.
