We hop on a boat across the Chao Phraya River, rent some bikes, and explore this peaceful oasis away from the busy city. Of course, no adventure would be complete without some amazing food – and we found the ultimate crispy pork pad kaprao (stir-fried holy basil with pork belly). Spicy, crispy, and packed full of flavour – the perfect reward after cycling through the lush greenery. This was such a fun family day – cycling, exploring, and eating together – and we can’t wait to share it with you.
