The Philips Home Access app allows you to create: • Permanent PIN codes for family members • Temporary guest codes • Scheduled recurring codes • One-time access codes • Fingerprint access for trusted users That makes this one of the best smart lock options available for vacation rentals, rental properties, cabins, guest houses, offices, or your primary residence. Installation Overview Installing this Philips smart lock was surprisingly straightforward. The package includes a drilling template if you're installing it on a brand-new door, but if you're replacing an existing door handle like I did, installation only requires basic hand tools. The instruction manual is one of the better manuals I've seen, with clear illustrations and step-by-step directions that make setup easy even if you've never installed a smart lock before. After installation, downloading the Philips Home Access app only takes a few minutes. Pairing the lock is as simple as scanning the QR code located inside the battery compartment. Unlock Methods Tested During this review I demonstrate all five available unlocking methods: ✔ Philips Home Access App ✔ Fingerprint Reader ✔ PIN Code ✔ Physical Key ✔ Alexa & Google Assistant Compatibility I also show how to: • Add fingerprints • Create multiple user codes • Enable Auto Lock • Switch to Passage Mode • Reset the lock to factory settings My Review After installing and testing this Philips WiFi Smart Lock, there were three things that really stood out. ✔ The installation process was quick and beginner friendly. ✔ The Philips Home Access app is simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate. ✔ The flexible user management makes this an outstanding option for Airbnb hosts, vacation rentals, cabins, and rental properties. Add in remote access, fingerprint unlocking, multiple access methods, a 2-year warranty, and USA-based customer support, and I think Philips has put together one of the best smart locks in this price range. If you're shopping for the best keyless entry door lock with handle, this Philips model deserves to be on your shortlist. ⭐ If this Philips Smart Lock Review helped you, please consider: 👍 Like this video 💬 Leave a comment with your questions 📺 Subscribe for more honest product reviews, installation guides, and buying advice from World's Greatest Dad Reviews!
