Overthinking at night? This two-hour sleep resource combines gentle guided meditation, relaxing sleep music with soft bilateral tones to help you step away from racing thoughts and settle into rest.
The guided opening offers a simple way to leave thoughts unfinished, set concerns aside for tomorrow, and return your attention to the sounds or the support beneath you. The narration gradually ends, and the screen turns black, leaving ambient music and bilateral audio tones for the remainder of the video.
HOW TO LISTEN
Set the volume low and get comfortable somewhere you can rest. Headphones are optional; they allow you to hear the left–right alternation more clearly. You don’t need to track the sounds or tap along. Keep your eyes open or closed, whichever feels comfortable.
