Stephan Stilgenbauer, MD, University of Ulm, Ulm, Germany, discusses the CaDAnCe-101 trial (NCT05006716), a Phase I study evaluating the safety and efficacy of tacabrutideg, a novel BTK degrader, in patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (R/R CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Prof. Stilgenbauer notes promising results, with a high response rate and durable responses, and suggests that tacabrutideg could play a role in earlier lines of treatment, potentially in combination with other novel agents. This interview took place at the 2026 ERIC International Meeting in Barcelona, Spain.
