I Choose Happy

Today, I choose happy. ☀️ Life isn't perfect. There will always be problems, disappointments, and things we can't control. But we can choose what we focus on—faith, gratitude, kindness, family, laughter, and the blessings God has placed right in front of us. My new song, “I Choose Happy,” is a reminder that happiness doesn't mean pretending everything is okay. Sometimes it simply means refusing to let the difficult things steal all the joy from today. Trouble can knock, but it doesn't get the key. Choose gratitude. Choose joy. Choose life. And today… choose happy. ❤️ — Deacon Pat Kearns The Catholic Journey #IChooseHappy #TheCatholicJourney #DeaconPatKearns #ChooseJoy #Gratitude #Faith #Happiness #CatholicFaith #GodIsGood
