FRU - BLM PoV (2.19 Max SpellSpeed Build)

Few people attempt this fight on BLM, even fewer try and use a spellspeed build. We did this reclear in 2 pulls lol, so this was my 2nd pull ever of doing spellspeed blm in this fight. 2.19 GCD Phase 4 was scuffed, because I forgot how new 2 target works with buffed flare (it's flare, flare , flarestar , transpose, b4, paradox, transpose, flare flare flarestar, etc, with HT2 / Xeno in there somewhere). phase 5 had some oopsies, but dps was not an issue :)
