AMT HyperLeap Sheathing Station: Multi-Panel Staging, Auto Squaring, & Dual-Coil Vertical Nail Heads

This fully autonomous sheathing station coordinates movement between the powered conveyor, multi panel staging system, auto squaring system, nailing bridge, and ejection of the panel onto outfeed rollers so no operators are required. Once the upstream operators at the framing station tack the sheathing on one edge, they push the panels onto the leading edge of the powered conveyor and move onto the next panel while the sheathing station does the rest. Dual Coil Vertical Articulating Nail Heads share the nailing workload equally due to the fact that all heads are on a common rail on the same side of the bridge. Dual Coils allow for the reloading of multiple heads at the same time between panels - running out of nails midway through a panel is eliminated. The vertical nail coil orientation provides a compact 6.5" width so multiple heads can work together in tight spaces such as above or below rough openings. The downstream operator stacking the panels onto bundles is alerted with visual and audio indicators to reload the 1,500 nail coils between panels.
