6 Years & a Day: We Pitched a WWII Spy Thriller ft. V of Buried Beneath Me

We put on wizard costumes and somehow pitched a devastating WWII spy thriller. Happy Halloween. V from Buried Beneath Me joins Tra$h Dog and Marcus Macabre to create “6 Years & a Day”—the story of Evan, a young outsider who enlists in the military looking for belonging and finds himself caught between addiction, espionage, and the Manhattan Project. His one friend, Dennis? Incredibly charming. Suspiciously available. Probably someone you should run a background check on. Between questionable military procedures, a soldier nicknamed Bone Boy, Sam Elliott casting energy, and arguments about whether a cauldron needs a potion, we accidentally build a movie with actual emotional stakes. Then we remember which podcast we’re on. Would you watch “6 Years & a Day”? Tell us who you’d cast as Evan and Dennis in the comments.
