Welcome back to my newest Iranian Music Reaction. Today I reviewed the song Leben Leben by female Iranian singer Sogand. Actually the lyrics of this track were in German but culturally it felt a lot Iranian. The song is about living your life and the anxiety and dangers of freedom on the one hand, but love and joy on the other hand. Poetically she uses the circumstance that one can use a word double in the German language, one as a verb and one as a noun to create a meaningful context.
