WashiMator WM985FL - Final Spin Slowdown With Spin-Brake (RPM Counter Glitch Fixed)

So, there was previously a glitch on the RPM Counter, specifically during the Spin-Brake, where it would get stuck reading as 225 RPM all the way until it reaches 0. But, I’ve just figured out how to fix that, and so now, it actually counts down the RPM all the way, even during the Spin-Brake, until it gets to 0!
