Making a 3D Printed LED Matrix with round Pixels

I wanted to design a LED Matrix with unusual shaped pixels and came up with this design. The big pixels have a shape of a circle. The small pixels between the round pixels have a shape similar to a rhombus. The 3D printed grid separates the light from each pixel. This avoids blurring and results in sharp pixels. I used black PETG to avoid the light being transmitted through the walls of the grid. White PETG does not fully block the light. The Matrix has 481 LEDs. The diffuser is a Polypropylene foil. WS2815 (30LEDs/m, 0.2W/LED) strips are used. Older strips may have 0.3W/LED. The controller is a Wemos D1 Mini Pro with a SD card shield to store the animations. The animations were made with xLights.
