Today, I want to share the three major energy themes unfolding throughout September 2026 to help you make sense of what you might already be feeling. Theme 1: Processing the Emotion of Your New Awareness The first shift is about processing the emotional weight of brand-new self-awareness. Lately, you’ve probably been seeing yourself much more clearly—and while that's incredible, it’s also deeply humbling. However, heightened awareness can bring unexpected realizations, forcing you to look at your true motives and how past actions impacted loved ones. September offers space to feel the emotional ripple effect—anger, sadness, or deep relief. I’ve experienced this lately through vivid dreams about my youngest son, realizing how fast time moves as he grows up. A flood of mixed emotions surfaced: regret, forgiveness, and grief. The key to navigating these emotional waves gracefully is simply allowing yourself to feel without judgment. When you suppress emotions, internal friction builds up in your health and relationships. Give your feelings space to move through you without resistance. Theme 2: The Pull to Go Deep & Reconnect with the Soul The second theme is a strong pull away from surface-level living—scrolling, overthinking, and everyday stress—and into something deeper. Living on the surface leaves you drained and disconnected. Lately, I’ve been re-reading Carl Jung’s The Red Book. Jung distinguishes between the "little eye" (the ego/identity) and the "spirit of the depths" (the true Self). The little eye is just a small fragment of who you are. The spirit of the depths leads with the heart. When you live from that place, you can navigate a chaotic world without being trapped by it, experiencing genuine peace and fulfillment regardless of outer circumstances. Theme 3: The Creative Muse & Surrendering the "Little Eye" Your creative muse and spiritual calling will not leave you alone this month. This is a creative force with its own intelligence where you act as the vessel. You’ll have a heightened sense of what is in genuine alignment for your life, career, and habits. Years ago, on paper, I had everything figured out with a successful business and home. But my inner spirit made it clear that chapter was over. My ego panicked, but the soul simply said, "Trust and let go." As a collective, living strictly from the ego is no longer working.
