This is not the same as the arrangement that is in the Jazzy Ukulele, Bossa Nova Classics book. It’s an instrumental version, written in a different key. All the chord shapes that I use in the arrangement are the same as the ones taught in Jazzy Ukulele Workbooks One and Two.
