Ribs, two ways!

First up, our Texas Style Ribs — slow and low, but with a little twist. We gave them a quick sear first to build that deep, rich flavor, then wrapped them in foil and let them finish low and slow until the meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.
