1998 Volvo PakMor Rear Loader - CR&R

Over the summer, we went down to Costa Mesa in search for this truck. On the freeway we saw it headed to the dump, therefore we just waited around the route till it came back. After waiting a few hours, doubtful it would come back, Cesar found it in an alley. To my understanding, the driver said the throttle was broken, with that said that’s why the packer was slow. Still a pretty neat truck. Thanks for watching!
