this is just a triple fold video i decided to make spur of the moment. any contortionist out there instructional criticism is welcomed. Its not a very tight triple fold, but im getting there. haha.. my chin got rug burn when i was making this. DONT ASK ME TO DO THE LOTUS, or if i can do it!!!!!
