Can you beat STALKER Clear Sky with ONLY a PM pistol? (STALKER MOVIE)

Today we're taking on STALKER: Clear Sky on Master difficulty with only our trusty Makarov pistol to fight with! But this time,.. I CAN UPGRADE THE GUN! Okay, apparently with Sky Reclamation Project installed, I also got Alternative Ballistics which made the gun more viable than it actually is!! That is my bad and makes this run technically invalid as it was not done in vanilla game.
