COMPASSIONATE WRATH — Does God Love the Reprobate? | Reformed Theology Live + Fallout 4. We have a wrath problem. Some Reformed believers grasp positive/negative predestination as action — God actively saves, passively passes over — but collapse the moment you ask about God's compassion toward humanity in general. They let the fire of judgment bleed into every one of God's attributes toward the reprobate, as if wrath has to color His entire posture. It doesn't. Here's the thesis for tonight's stream: the fires of God's wrath are reserved for the Day of Judgment. They are held in reserve. They do not spill out across every relation God has with the vessels of wrath here and now. God shows the reprobate genuine compassion in every single way — EXCEPT the one sovereign, righteous choice to grant saving mercy in judgment. And that's the key most people miss: Compassion does not force mercy. Allowing God's compassion to remain intact alongside His decree of reprobation isn't a contradiction — it's the whole point. The contradiction only appears when you've already let "wrath" devour the rest of the divine character. We're going to untangle that, verse by verse, live. 🔥 Tonight we cover: • Positive vs. negative predestination — action AND disposition • Why "wrath" is eschatological, not God's standing posture toward the reprobate • Vessels of wrath, vessels of mercy — Romans 9 without the caricature • Common grace and the compassion of God toward all men • Where hidden hyper-Calvinism sneaks into otherwise sound theology • Your questions live in chat All of it over a Fallout 4 playthrough, because nothing frames a conversation about reserved wrath and a coming day of judgment like the wasteland. 🎮☢️💬 Drop your questions in chat — I'll be reading them live. 📖 Bring your Bible. We're in Romans 9, Exodus, Ezekiel 33, and Matthew.🔔 Subscribe for Reformed theology, debate response, and theology-meets-gaming livestreams. 💵 Support the channel (PayPal): animatedreformation@gmail.com#Calvinism #ReformedTheology #Fallout4 #Predestination #WrathOfGod
