Mount Stuart Bungalow is a secluded forest retreat in the Anamalai Tiger Reserve in Topslip, Tamil Nadu. It's a former British bungalow that offers a peaceful getaway for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts: Mount Stuart Bungalow is located in the hills of Anamalai, about 3 km from Topslip. The Mount Stuart Suite can accommodate up to four people and is solar powered. Food is not included in the stay, but Topslip is nearby for meals. A knowledgeable guide accompanies guests throughout their stay to ensure safety and provide insights into the reserve's biodiversity. The Ulaandy range is a good place to see wildlife like Asian elephants, Indian gaur, dhole, sloth bears, chital, sambar, muntjac, and Indian giant squirrels. Primates like bonnet macaques, gray langurs, and Nilgiri langurs can also be spotted. Hugo Wood- The grave of Hugo Wood, a British officer with an environmental conscience, is located at Mount Stuart.
