A long-neglected dumping yard in the heart of Pithapuram town, Kakinada district, has been remarkably transformed into a lush urban forest park. The six-acre site, once piled with years of accumulated waste, was completely cleared and redeveloped using CSR funds worth ₹1.83 crore through scientific methods. The revamped space now features modern amenities including a children's playground, Miyawaki forest, butterfly park, amphitheater, walking tracks, and a box cricket court.
