Matt and Kim - Forever + Intro (Karaoke)

ALMOST EVERYDAY holds such a specific time in my life; Living downtown during college, in a draining studio apartment. I had a terrible kitchen job where I was at work until almost 3 in the morning. I would pop this CD in my car, listen to half of it to work, then listen to the other half on the way back. It encapsulates 2018-19 for me. This album pushes themes of hope and collapse. Love within hard times, and success through adversity. I'm not a huge Matt and Kim fan, but I think there's something more than nostalgia that keeps bringing me back to it. I don't think this band is really in the indie-pop zeitgeist anymore, aside from their live shows, but I want to shed some light on this otherwise ignored album. . . Thanks for singing some songs!
