Opening for Worakls at Commonweath Nightclub, Calgary on 2nd November 2025

Opening for Worakls in Calgary, Canada, a full DJ set and one of the most meaningful moments of my journey as Roll Marley. Worakls has been one of the artists I’ve looked up to since day one. His approach to melodic electronic music, orchestral elements, emotion and storytelling has had a huge influence on the way I understand music. Getting the opportunity to open for an artist who helped inspire my own journey felt like a genuine full-circle moment. For this opening DJ set, I wanted to build the room slowly and tell a story through melodic house, melodic techno, progressive house, deep house and emotional electronic music. Rather than chasing big moments immediately, the goal was to create an atmosphere, let the melodies breathe and gradually prepare the dancefloor for Worakls. This set represents the side of electronic music I love most beautiful melodies, deep grooves, emotional builds and records that can make a dancefloor feel something.
