Starting from the Kottarakkara Jubilee Maidan, numerous senior citizens enthusiastically participated in the event. The group walked from Jubilee Maidan to Karikkam. The program conveyed the message that age is no barrier and that senior citizens should also actively engage in society for a healthy life. The primary objective of the walkathon was to encourage senior citizens to move forward by staying physically active and sharing friendships, rather than remaining confined indoors. Such gatherings play a significant role in ensuring mental well-being and social interaction alongside health care. The event served as a reminder that one does not need to step back from life simply due to advancing age, and can instead move forward happily through new experiences and collective activities. Spreading a message of friendship, health, and self-confidence, the walkathon turned out to be a notable success. #SeniorCitizens #ActiveAgeing #HealthyAgeing #SeniorCitizenWellness #Kottarakkara #KeralaNews KOTTARAKKARA MEDIA — വിശ്വസനീയമായ മലയാളം വാർത്തകൾ. ഓരോ വാർത്തയും ഉറവിടം ചേർത്ത്, സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച വിവരങ്ങളോടെ — no rumours, no panic.
