Capita Super DOA Snowboard Review Board: 156 Capita Super DOA Bindings: Union Strata Binding - https://bit.ly/3dAhRZv Boots: Vans Infuse - http://bit.ly/2vPvJNW Suped Up For Your Riding Enjoyment. With the Super DOA, Capita essentially took a fan favourite resort killer and threw all sorts of special sauce at it. What you end up with is one of the lightest and most responsive all around boards out there. Sev really enjoyed riding this board. With the weight reduction from the core milling, and the added snap of Capita’s new carbon replacement called amplitex, he found it really snappy and lively to ride. The Super DOA has pop for days and feels really good in the air; it features positive camber to 5cm outside the inserts on either side, before it transitions to flat and then a small section of reverse camber just before the tip and tail kicks. There was quite a lot of snow on the day this review was filmed, which was good because it really highlights how versatile this board and shape are, and how well it transitions around the mountain from pow and trees to park riding. Sev commented more than once on how fun it was to ride and compares this board to the Yes Greats for all arounded-ness and Rome Mod for snap and pop for jumping. Overall feeling: Super fun. Super snappy. Super lively. Super DOA. It’s a ramped up version of a board that was a Transworld GoodWood winner year after year. If you’re looking for a little more out of your all around resort board, the Super DOA should be on your short list.
