Giacomo Turra and The Funky Minutes @ New Morning Paris 4th February 2024

Wanted to see how the Instagram guitar star Giacomo Turra would do on stage. Surprisingly (or not), it felt a bit like scrolling an Instagram feed ! Great musicians, great choice of tunes, excessively precisely arranged. I would love more room for air, life and songs to develop into real atmospheres. Good show anyway if you want to dance on a selection of great funk songs.
