#gt20canada #globalt20 Warners’ Wolves rise to top of table! Brampton Wolves dominated with both bat and ball to hunt down Surrey Jaguars by six wickets. Electing to field, the Wolves produced a superb display of pace bowling to bundle out the Jaguars for 124 runs in 19.2 overs. Brampton then rode an unbeaten 76-run stand by George Munsey and Nick Hobson to overhaul the target with almost five overs to spare. The Wolves jumped two spots to the top of the standings with eight points after winning four of their six matches. The Jaguars continued to languish at second from bottom with three points from five games. Openers Mansab Gill and Kyle Mayers gave a steady start to the Jaguars before Thomas Draca dismissed both in the fourth over. Brandon McMullen was trapped leg before by Akhil Kumar in the next over to leave the Jaguars tottering at 26/3 and their top order back in the pavilion before the end of the powerplay. The Wolves bowlers continued to chip away at the Surrey batting line-up and did not allow them to build steady partnerships.  Andrew Tye and Beau Webster picked up three wickets each for Brampton. During the chase, the Surrey bowlers enjoyed some early success as Brampton lost their top order quite early. With Brampton threatening to go awry at 52/4 in the eighth over, George Munsey and Nick Hobson got together to take the Wolves over the line without further mishap. Munsey remained unbeaten on 46 off 35 balls with four boundaries and three sixes.
