The Historic Dall Mays Houses

The Dall Mays Houses are two rare surviving structures from the 1870’s on Cleveland’s east side. Both homes, in a severe state of deterioration, were condemned by the City of Cleveland and slated for likely demolition. However, the Cleveland Restoration Society is diligently working to stabilize and save these threatened landmarks from eminent loss. Although the final fate of these dwellings is not yet determined, our ongoing efforts signal an optimistic future for these distinguished residences. Hopefully, a new and enduring chapter will be added to the storied legacy of the Dall-Mays houses.
