2025 Salem Grand Villa 44VIEW | Double Loft + Bath & 1/2 | Full RV Tour

THIS IS LESS LIKE AN RV AND MORE LIKE A VACATION HOME. The 2025 Salem Grand Villa 44VIEW is one of those floorplans you have to walk through to fully appreciate. The huge windows, tall ceilings, massive living area and residential layout make this feel completely different from a traditional RV. In this full walkthrough, we take you through the entire 44VIEW and show you exactly why this destination trailer has become such a popular floorplan. Some of our favorite features: 🛏️ DOUBLE LOFT Floorplan 🚿 Bath & 1/2 ↔️ Two Huge Slide-Outs 🪟 Massive Window Package 🎛️ Electric Shades in Kitchen & Living Area 🏠 Residential-Style Living Area 🛋️ Huge Sectional Sofa ⬆️ Tall Residential-Style Ceilings 👑 Custom King Versa-Tilt Bed 🧺 STACKABLE WASHER & DRYER INSTALLED 🍽️ Large Kitchen Island ✨ Solid-Surface Countertops 📦 LARGE Pull-Out Pantry 🧊 Side-by-Side Refrigerator 🍳 Stainless Steel Appliances 🔥 Oversized Residential Microwave 🔥 Fireplace 🚿 Large Walk-In Shower 💧 Tankless Water Heater ❄️ Heated & Enclosed Underbelly ✨ Fiberglass Exterior ☀️ 26' Power Awning ⚡ 50-Amp Service The kitchen is one of the highlights of this coach. You get a huge island, tons of counter space, residential-style appliances and a LARGE pull-out pantry that provides an incredible amount of usable storage. The electric shades in the kitchen and living area are another great touch. Combine those with the enormous windows and you can completely change the feel of the main living area with the push of a button. Then you have TWO LOFT AREAS, making this an incredible option for kids, grandkids, guests or additional storage. Add in the bath-and-a-half, installed stackable washer and dryer and private master bedroom with king Versa-Tilt bed, and this starts feeling a whole lot more like a vacation home than an RV. If you're considering a seasonal site, RV resort, private property or simply want a destination trailer with serious residential comfort, the Salem Grand Villa 44VIEW deserves a look. ⭐ Check out our Google Reviews! 🔁 WE TAKE ALL TRADES! 🚛 Nationwide Transportation Available! Here at Landon’s RV, we specialize in late-model luxury fifth wheels in the right condition at the right price — it’s all we do, aside from the occasional CLEAN trade-in like this Salem Grand Villa. No big-box volume sales here.
